A BRAND NEW DAY

The clock strikes at ten. Oh! Time travels like a speed of light. I have  numerous things to do, it includes writing this blog. :D.

Arrrgghhh. Whenever I am writing something, it makes me stare on nothingness for a couple of minutes. Yeah, 27 mins have passed by and I am only on writing my intro.

I want to say something worthwhile for your time but I am still half-asleep and my brain seems tangle. Maybe a good song would inspire me to write.
Let’s turn the beat on!

I am now listening to Colton Dixon’s Scars. Check this out on [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1OsxmCeYQQ]. It is a Gospel song included on his first album entitled Messenger.

Music with significant lyrics really enlightens my day. I want to share this particular verse of the song:

Every night, I try to reflect on myself. I don’t know why I feel lessened each day. Maybe because of the society we lived in today… They dictate us who we have to be. As a result, we are bound on following the fads. This power controlling us wants us to be the clone of what they think beautiful and great.

This part of the song inspires me. Today’s another day to learn from my mistakes. There is always a brand new start. Whoo.. I should not be afraid of falling because there is rising. I should not be terrified of rejection because there is approval. I just realize that I should stop holding back.

In the end, the Lord is always there for the sinful girl like me.
